We built this site with you, our customers, in mind and have made every effort to make the ordering process and simple and secure as possible. Our hope is that the online ordering process is intuitive and there is little need for these step-by-step instructions. Please let us know if that is not the case!

Select products and place in your Shopping Bag. Browse through our product offerings by selecting from the category links on the left. The main product pages display all available items as thumbnail images. Simply click on an image to view the product details. On the following product detail page, select the appropriate options (size, color, quantity) and press the Add To Shopping Bag button.

You will automatically be directed to the Shopping Bag page. If you are only purchasing the single item, select the Proceed With Checkout button at the bottom right of the Shopping bag page. Otherwise continue shopping.

Once you select the Proceed With Checkout button, you will be directed to the Customer Information page. Enter your information into the appropriate fields and press the Submit New Customer Information button.

On the following page, please review the info you just entered to ensure that everything is correct with your order. (Select the "Edit Customer Information" link if you need to make any corrections.) If everything is OK, select the All Confirmed > Submit Order Details button.

Once you submit your order details, you will be directed to the secure Online Payment screen. Simply enter your Visa or Master Card account information and press the Submit Transaction button. Your credit card transaction will be processed within a matter of seconds.

You will briefly be redirected to a secure VeriSign confirmation page. Be sure to press the View/Print Receipt button to return to our site and print your receipt.

Once your credit card transaction is complete, all that's left to do is print your receipt. Once this page is loaded you will automatically be sent an e-mail message with your order/payment confirmation and information about order tracking.

That's all there is to it. It might seem like a bit if you read all of this, but you will see that the entire order entry process only takes a couple of minutes.

We recognize that there are still a few of you out there who are not comfortable with ordering online. We want your business too! We have added an Offline Order feature that allows you to shop online without having to submit any personal and/or credit card information online.

To place an Offline Order, follow the instructions for STEP 1 above to select the products you would like to purchase. However, instead of pressing the "Proceed With Checkout" button, select the "Place Offline Order" link (beneath the credit card icons). You will be directed to a page that will allow you to print a mail order form that has the contents of your Shopping Bag filled in. You just fill in your shipping information and mail it to us with your personal check payment (or credit card information, if you prefer).
